Shipping Information

We ship anywhere in the world! Please allow up to 7 business days to ship your order. Orders within the US will ship via USPS First Class, which takes 3-5 business days to arrive. All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Service and take 7-21 days to arrive. International customers are responsible for all customs duties/fees.

Shipping costs are determined by total weight of order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your order and tracking information. 

Petite Soul is not responsible for shipping delays or shipments lost in transit. If your package has been lost, please contact your local USPS and file a claim.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Returns

We accept domestic returns within 30 days of purchase and will gladly issue a full refund as long as the item is unworn and in its original packaging. If you would like to schedule a return, please email the shop. Your return MUST include the original packing slip. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a full refund. Keep in mind that shipping is NOT included. Your refund will be issued in the payment method in which it was purchased. All international sales are final.

Exchanges

We accept domestic exchanges within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is unworn and in its original packaging. Please email the shop to arrange the exchange. The item you are exchanging MUST include the original packing slip with a note indicating for what you are exchanging the item. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will send the new select out. Keep in mind that shipping is NOT included. All international sales are final.

 

We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please provide us with a photograph of the error via email. You do not need to ship the item back to us, and you will not be charged shipping for the replacement item. This applies to both domestic and international orders.

If you were sent the wrong item, email us a picture of it, and we will replace it with the correct order and email you a shipping label for the return, however, you are not responsible for returning the item. You will not be charged shipping for the replacement item.
